“Hello Learning was engaged to provide expertise in the formulation and synthesis of a comprehensive evidence base to support the design of a psychosocial framework to assist schools in achieving long term recovery after a disaster event. Kirsten was integral in capturing key stakeholder perspectives through a fieldwork endeavour, with findings used to contribute to the iterative development of what is now referred to as the Recovery and Resilience Model; a multifaceted resource that empowers schools in their recovery journey. Kirsten was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She actively listened to the needs of the department, was responsive in her iterations and her friendly, engaging and kind disposition enhanced the connection with schools and community who had endured complex traumatic events.”
